Importance of teamwork

Alone we can do so little, together we can do    so much. 
                

There are numerous places were we can see teamwork.All organisations run due to teamwork

There is a delegation of duty at all the levels so that the organisation runs smothly.A team refers to a group of people who work together .Team work is when people work together to accomplish a goal. Each team has a leader who ensure that work gets divided equally among all the members of the group and that each member gets the work as per his/her ability. 

Each member of a team is Important contributor as the each person's work who belongs to the team is related to the final successful completion of the task. 

Teamwork not only means working together, it also means working together with mutual understanding amongst the team members. The members understand the requirements and capabilities of others. All the members follow a given plan  They keep the general interest above their personal interest. This ensure the completion of task in a sitpulated time. 

While working in a team each member gets satisfaction. It act as a basis for coordination and cooperation Team spirit depends upon mutal trust. 

Team spirit is the soul of the team  It is the most important factor that brings success to any venture. When the members have the team spirit, they are able to reach their goal successfully.While working together, no one let's the other down and also each one care for the other. This is what makes working together successful .

We all are different in many ways  But we must learn to work together so as to understand what real happiness  and harmony mean.
     Team work is less "me" and more "we".
